It's been quite a while since I updated this page, since the news about Mas Selamat have somewhat gone to the back pages. But the hype about him has recently resurfaced following the offer of one million dollars reward for the capture of Mas selamat, put forth by two anonymous individuals.
Apparently some people want him captured so badly that they are willing to fork out money for just that. What is puzzling is that these people do not wish to reveal their identities. Don't they want the recognition as the men who precipitated the capture of a wanted terrorist? Or are things not as they seem? In some organization behind this?
I doubt mas selamat will ever be captured though. No news has been heard of him since his escape a few months earlier this year, and I doubt that any information, if any, will be released to public. The world is watching, waiting, for something that probably won't happen.
